 Liberal Economic System "free fight liberalism" is the economic system described by Adam Smith that it is concerned with "individual freedom" which means giving the freedom of individuals to engage in economic activities without the restrictions that will be in demand in order to produce something that would benefit both countries . Countries that adopt this system are the United States, Uruguay, Parguay, Brazil and Argentina.

Liberal economic system / capitalist market economy system is also called the economic system in which the management of the economy governed by market forces. This economic system requires the existence of individual freedom in economic activity. That is, each individual recognized and they are free to compete. On the other hand, the government should not interfere in economic activity. The government is only in charge of protecting, maintaining, and providing facilities for each individual to be able to run it and freedoms as well as possible. Thus, the government functioning only as a complement.

Sistem Ekonomi Liberal "Free fight liberalism" adalah sistem ekonomi yang diuraikan oleh Adam Smith yang mempunyai kaitan nya dengan “kebebasan individu” yang artinya memberikan kebebasan individu untuk melakukan kegiatan ekonomi tanpa pembatasan yang nantinya di tuntut agar dapat menghasilkan sesuatu yang baik yang dapat menguntungkan negara. Negara yang menganut system ini adalah Amerika Serikat, Uruguay, Parguay, Brazil dan Argentina.

Sistem ekonomi liberal/kapitalis disebut juga sistem ekonomi pasar yaitu sistem ekonomi dimana pengelolaan ekonomi diatur oleh kekuatan pasar. Sistem ekonomi ini menghendaki adanya kebebasan individu dalam melakukan kegiatan ekonomi. Artinya, setiap individu diakui keberadaannya dan mereka bebas bersaing. Dilain pihak, pemerintah tidak boleh ikut campur dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Pemerintah hanya bertugas melindungi, menjaga, dan memberi fasilitas agar setiap individu dapat menjalankan hal dan kebebasannya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Jadi, fungsi pemerintah hanya sebagai pelengkap. 

Ciri-ciri sistem ekonomi liberal :
a) Semua sumber produksi adalah milik negara
b) Masyarakat bebas memiliki sumber produksi
c) Barang produksi bermutu tinggi
d) Timbul persaingan antarmasyarakat dalam mencari laba.

e) Menerapkan sistem persaingan bebas

f) Adanya pengakuan terhadap hak individu

g) Kedaulatan konsumen dan kebebasan dalam konsumsi
h) Motif mencari laba terpusat pada kepentingan sendiri

Kebaikan dari sistem ekonomi liberal :

c) Timbul semangat persaingan untuk maju dalam kegiatan ekonomi pada setiap masyarakat

e) Setiap orang bebas menentukan perekonomian sendiri

f) Setiap orang bebas memiliki alat produksi sendiri

g) Kegiatan ekonomi lebih cepat maju karena persaingan
h) Produksi didasarkan kehan masyarakat

Keburukan dari sistem ekonomi liberal :
a) Persaingan bebas ang tidak sehat antar masyarakat
b) Terjadi Jurang pemisah antara si kaya dan si miskin
c) Banyak terjadi monopoli masyarakat
d) Pemerataan pendapatan yang sulit akibat persaingan bebas yang tidak sehat.

e) Menimbulkan penindasan terhadap manusia lai

f) Pengusaha yang bermodal kecil akan semkin tersisih

g) Dapat menciptakan kesenjangan antara masyarakat kaya dan masyarakat miskin
h) Renta terhadap krisis ekonomi
